A little guidance.
Everything you need to launch on WELD — from choosing your pairs to the contracts behind it.
Overview
WELD is a self-serve launchpad on Arc. You bring a name; it deploys a fixed-supply token, welds it to real-world stocks, opens a live market, and hands you the keys — one transaction, zero platform fees.
Create a token
Head to Launch. Give your token a name, ticker and logo. On submit, a fixed supply of 100,000,000,000 tokens (9 decimals) is minted to the contract itself so it can seed its own liquidity — you supply no capital.
Choose your pairs
Instead of pairing against ETH, your token trades against tokenized stocks (NVDA, AAPL, SPY, and more). Select one or many. Your primary pair opens the live Uniswap V4 market; set a starting market cap in USD and WELD computes the exact opening price and liquidity for you.
Explore & trade
Every launch is a real, indexable on-chain market. Browse launches on Explore; each token has a page with its pair, supply, status and contract, plus a link to trade.
Fees & liquidity
Zero platform fees. WELD takes nothing on launch or on trades. Liquidity is one-sided (token-only) and permanently locked once you renounce ownership. The only optional fee is a 1–5% dev buy fee you can route to a wallet in Funded mode — sells are never taxed.
Contracts
FAQ
What gets deployed?
A fixed-supply ERC-20 (100,000,000,000 tokens, 9 decimals) minted entirely to the contract itself, so it can seed its own market. Name, symbol and image are yours; everything else is baked in.
Can I really pair with multiple stocks?
You can select multiple real-world pairs when launching. Today your first (primary) pair opens the live on-chain Uniswap V4 market; additional pairs are recorded on your token and more pairs go live soon.
Where does the opening price come from?
You set a starting market cap in USD. WELD converts it to the stock-denominated valuation and computes the exact tick, price and liquidity in your browser, then passes them to the launcher — which rejects a lopsided pool.
Does WELD take a cut?
No platform fee — on launch or on trades. The only optional fee is a 1–5% dev buy fee you set yourself in Funded mode. You sign the single launch transaction directly; WELD never holds your keys.
Nothing here is investment advice, a security, or an offer. Tokenized stock names identify the paired asset only and imply no affiliation or endorsement. Crypto is volatile — you can lose everything. Verify every contract address yourself.
